Mr. Smith Volunteers to Be an April 19 Block Captain

Stephen Smith, 1311 E St. NE, has volunteered to be a block captain for the 1300 block of E Street NE, for our Cleanup Day — on Saturday, April 19.

Block captains (who will be in charge of the supplies for their block) are still needed for the 400 block of 13th, the 500 block of 13th, the 1200 block of E, Duncan Place and Emerald Street.

We'll have a cleanup kickoff at 10 a.m., at the corner of 13th and E.§
