City Youth Register for Summer Employment

The Department of Employment Services' Office of Youth Programs has opened registration for its 2003 Summer Jobs Program. City youth between the ages of 14 and 21 are eligible to apply for a job or work experience through the Passport to Work summer jobs initiative. The summer program is designed to offer youth temporary employment and training during the summer months. The five-week program will operate from July 7 through August 8, and is expected to serve thousands of youth in subsidized employment and job readiness training.
