More Missing Mail

Jim Laise (1248 E St. NE) wrote on March 9 that he had not received mail confirmed to be sent as far back as Jan. 21, and he asked if anyone else could confirm such a situation.

We are missing two important pieces of mail, which were mailed March 21 and March 22. One of them is an income tax refund, and the other was a credit card. [It's not a case of identity theft, because the credit card was never used]. I'm sort of curious if there's a pattern. If there is, maybe we need to complain. We've had a lot of substitute mail carriers, and I'm wondering if there's a bag of mail somewhere. §
