According to the Long & Foster Web site, http://www.longandfoster.com, viewed yesterday, the real estate listings for the Corner Forum area have changed from two weeks ago as follows... One house is newly listed: 1368 Emerald St. NE ($315,000). Four listings no longer appear: 1302 E St. NE; 1386 E St. NE, which had been up for auction by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; 1227 Duncan Place NE; and 1364 Emerald St. NE.
