Youth Services Administration on the planned construction of a new group home for youth offenders, on the 1600 block of Kramer St. NE. ANC committee chairman Cody Rice (6A03) says he hears from Mr. Holland that the group home is under construction now and, when completed, will house up to six children who are court-ordered to live in a supervised setting.
