Missed Recycling Pickup

The recycling contractor didn't come last week.

I called Tuesday, and he came out last Wednesday. The District is getting screwed. The contractor has a contract with the District, and when they sell that recycling stuff, they make money again.

The District is not getting screwed — the citizens of the District are getting screwed. We're the ones paying taxes for this stuff. §
