According to the Long & Foster Web site, http://www.longandfoster.com, viewed Friday, the real estate listings for the Corner Forum area have changed from Aug. 31 as follows: 1306 Emerald St. NE is newly listed ($298,000); 408 13th St. NE is still listed at the same price ($329,990).
