Hyon Lee, who owns and operates N-A Minit (421 13th St. NE) with her husband, Sae Won Lee, declined to respond to the articles appearing in this issue, but she said she might comment again in next week's issue.

Simon Osnos, attorney for Sung Bang, who owns and operates Excello Liquors (419 13th St. NE), did not return a phone call offering an opportunity to comment. §
