1300 block of Emerald Street NE Jason Phillips, 1342 E St. NE, has lost a tan and white beagle named Ripley. He got out while movers were delivering new furniture around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8. He is three years old and didn't have his tags on at the time.
