Football Game Planned for Easter

Kenneth Tilley, 518 14th St. NE, and Ellery Vaden, 1348 Emerald St. NE, report on the Turkey Bowl held in November and announce an Easter Bowl, which they are planning for Sunday, on Kingsman Field, at D Street between 13th and 14th Streets NE.

Back on Halloween, there was a Turkey Bowl you guys had. How did it go?

Oh, it went okay! I mean, we lost, but we had big fun! We would have did better, if my brother didn't fumble the ball twice, and throw three interceptions, but we came back! We had big fun.

How many guys came out, for the Turkey Bowl?

We had like 11 on each side. Everybody came out and enjoyed ourselves. It was a success, and everything went well. No fights or nothing.

Now we're having an Easter Bowl. So we want everybody to come out and watch the Easter Bowl and watch us have fun!

And when's that gonna be?
