LIQUOR STORES: Excello / N-A Minit Hearings Set

According to Micah Salb, who has been negotiating terms of settlement with N-A Minit on behalf of residents protesting the renewal of its license and the transfer of Excello's license to N-A Minit, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board on May 5 scheduled hearings for each of three different protests:

• A hearing on the renewal of Excello's license is scheduled for Aug. 4 at 9 a.m.

• A hearing on the renewal of N-A Minit's license is scheduled for Sept. 29, at 11 a.m.

• A hearing on the transfer of Excello's Class A license to N-A Minit is scheduled for Nov. 3, at 11 a.m.

Hearings are held at the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration, 941 North Capitol St. NE, on the 7th floor. §
