Ms. Bess reports that the she has not yet received the pitchers to use with the water filters she received months ago from the city, to help remove lead in her tap water. Why haven't I received the pitchers? We only received the filters themselves. Is it from WASA or from the city? From the city. UPS delivered it. I called, but it still has not been resolved. Who are you calling? 787-2732. This is the third time I've called. And when you call what do they tell you? They take my name down and that's it. How long have you been calling? Ever since I received my filters. About two months ago. The first time I called they said oh that's not unusual. Because people are receiving the filters before they receive the pitchers. But two months that's crazy. You're still drinking the tap water? No, I buy my own water. I've always purchased my water but just the principle behind it. Our water bill is now due every month, as opposed to every two months. I just want them to live up to their word. § |
